"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
Does anyone remember the "Orange Julius"? You could buy them at the "Orange Julius" store. Better yet make your own. So we did. When Joseph was just a little fella, this was his job when we did breakfast at the church. Everybody loved it.

Editor's note: I remember the Orange Julius stand at Wonderland Shopping Center (later Crossroads Mall) at Fredricksburg and Loop 410. If you wanted it "healthy" you could have them add a raw egg.
