12-18 frozen yeast dinner rolls
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3 oz vanilla pudding mix (not instant) such as Jell-O.
1 stick margarine
3/4 c pecans or walnuts, chopped
shortening or non-stick cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit.

Prepare a bundt or tube pan with shortening or non-stick spray such as Pam. Place frozen rolls in the bottom of the pan willy-nilly. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon, mixing thoroughly. Sprinkle sugar/cinnamon mixture, followed by dry pudding mix over rolls. Cut margarine into 10 to 12 pats and place over rolls. Top entirely with nuts. Place in the oven the night before. In morning turn the oven on at a setting of 350º and bake for 30 minutes. Invert pan onto large plate and stand back so you don't get trampled by hungry people.

This is a good breakfast for Christmas morning with your coffee and juice. I used to do this until I got lazy and started opting to buy Orange Danish rolls, such as those made by Pillsbury, instead.
