Lowry's seasoning
Garlic pepper
Garlic salt
2 c.Salvator beer

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place rib racks on a metal rack to elevate them and place in a baking dish.
2. Place 2 c. Salvator in dish under the ribs.
3. Sprinkle ribs with Lowry's seasoning.
4. Sprinkle ribs with garlic pepper and/or garlic salt.
5. Cover with foil and bake in oven for 5 hrs. at 225 degrees.
6. Remove from oven and smother with barbecue sauce.
7. Place on grill with smokey chips for 5 to 10 minutes.
8. Serve
