1/2 Cup salt minus 1 Tbsp.
4 Tbsp. powdered garlic
2 Tbsp. powdered onion
4 Tbsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. white pepper
2 Tbsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp. ground cayenne pepper

Mix ingredients well. Place mixture in a tightly sealed container and store for future use. Shake before each use to remix ingredients.

Makes 1 1/3 cups of Seasoning

Great on beef or chicken. Especially good on brisket, ribs or steak. Season meat by sprinkling on before baking or grilling and rub onto meat with fingers.
