Brine:
1 gallon water
1 1/2 pint vinegar
3/4 c. pickling salt

Pickling cucumbers
Dill
Garlic pods
Jalapeno peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Wash jars and heat lids. Heat water, vinegar and pickling salt to boiling. Put dill, garlic and jalapeno peppers in jar. Wash cucumbers and remove stems. Pack 7 jars with cucumbers and pour hot brine to fill jar. Seal tight. Heat approximately 4 inches of water in canner. After putting jars in the canner, add water up to the neck of the jars. Heat for 15 to 20 minutes on high until pickles change color. Remove from canner and set on towel to cool.
