1 large egg white
1 c. light brown sugar
2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white stiff. Add brown sugar and beat until smooth. Add pecans and vanilla. Drop by small spoonfuls on well greased cookie sheet. Bake at 225º for approximately 30 minutes, or more.
