1/3 c. all purpose flour
2 lbs. boneless beef chuck roast, cut into 1 inch cubes
3 T. olive oil
2- 14 1/2oz. can beef broth
2 c. chopped onions
1- 14 1/2oz. diced tomatoes, undrained
1 c. dry red wine
1 T. curry powder
1 T. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 1/2 c. golden raisins
Hot cooked couscous, or Basmati rice

Directions:
Place flour in a large resealable plastic bag; add beef and toss to coat. In large skillet over high heat, brown the beef in oil. Transfer to a 5 quart slow cooker and stir in the broth, onions, tomatoes, wine and seasonings. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until meat is tender. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, stir in the raisins. Serve with the couscous or rice
