4 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 Cup milk
1/2 Lb. margarine
1 Cup powdered sugar
1 Tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour and milk and cook over low heat until very thick stirring constantly. Set aside to cool. Cream margarine in a bowl beating for 4 minutes. Add powdered sugar and beat 4 more minutes. Add cooled flour paste and vanilla. Beat 4-5 minutes.
