1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
3 T. butter, softened
1 pound white candy coating (white chocolate bars with 1 tsp. shortening)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in bowl sugar, peanut butter and butter. Mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Melt candy coating. Dip balls in white chocolate and place on waxed paper to harden. Store in refrigerator. Makes 2 dozen. (Like Reese’s peanut butter cups)
