1 c sour cream
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 c melted butter
2 pkg dry yeast
1/2 c warm water
2 eggs, beaten
4 c flour

Filling:
2 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 c sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp vanilla

Combine cheese & sugar. Add egg, salt and vanilla. Mix well.

Glaze:
2 c powdered sugar
4 T milk
2 tsp vanilla

Combine, mix and spread while warm

Heat sour cream on low heat. Stir in sugar, salt and butter. Cool to luke warm.

Sprinkle yeast over 1/2 c warm water and stir until dissolved. Add sour cream mixture, eggs and flour. Mix well. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.

Divide dough into 4 balls. Roll each on well floured board. Spread 1/4 of cream cheese filling. Roll up beginning at long side. Pinch edges together. Fold ends under and place seam-side down. Slit on top with scissors about 2 inches apart.

Cover and let rise until doubled (about 1 hr) or wrap & freeze before letting rise.

Bake at 375 12-15 minutes. Spread with glaze.
