Ingredients:  
brisket
1 can ginger ale
1 large onion
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup apricot jam
5 tbsp onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
1. in a large roasting pan, combine all ingrediants
and mix until combined
2. add brisket and cover with sauce
3. cover and bake until soft. check every hour and
cover brisket with sauce as it cooks

Bake at 350º fo 2-3 hours, depending on size of
brisket
