1 slab baby back ribs (about 2 1/2lbs.)
Dry rub--I use Butt Rub from King Soopers!
Barbeque Sauce--see below

For sauce:
3 T. brown sugar
1 14-oz. bottle ketchup
1/2 cup water
2 T. liquid smoke
4 T. Worcestershire sauce
3 t. dry mustard
2 t. celery seed
6 T. butter
1/4 t cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle rub on ribs, both sides
Cook in large crock pot on low for 10 hrs.

For sauce, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Spread sauce on ribs (on foil covered cookie sheet) Broil 7-8 minutes.
