3 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
FILLING:
4 oz. sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat with mixer until smooth the cream cheese, sugar and eggs....add 1 1/2 tsp vanilla. Pour into cupcake papers. Bake 40 minutes at 300º. Cool 5 minutes ...they sink.

Have filling ready to fill the cupcakes when they sink.
Mix: sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spoon 1 tsp mixture into each cupcakes center.
