2/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup vinegar
2/3 cup water
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 Tb. corn starch
2 Tb. mustard
2 Tb. dehydrated onions or 1/2 cup diced fresh onion
8-10 boneless park spare ribs

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ribs in small amount of oil in large pot. Mix other ingredients together in sauce pan and bring to boil. Stir as it thickens to avoid lumps. When sauce is thick, pour over meat and reduce heat to low. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking on the bottom of pan. Let simmer for several hours or until meat is tender. Serve with noodles or rice. The meat and sauce mixture can be put in a crock pot for cooking as well.
