Lawry's seasoning salt
PAM (original or butter flavored)
heavy aluminum foil

Directions:
Preheat BBQ to high, with lid down to keep all heat in.
Pat salmon dry, tear 2 sheets of aluminum foil 6 inches longer than fillet. Lightly spray PAM on 1st sheet of foil roughly the size of the fillet. Squeeze 1/2 of a lemon on top of the PAM. Generously sprinkle Lawry's season salt on top of the lemon juice, then sprinkle dill generously on top of seasoning salt. Lay fillet on top of herbs. Squeeze other half of lemon on top of the salmon, spray PAM, seasoning salt and then dill. Lay other sheet of foil on top, fold and seal to make airtight. Put salmon in BBQ for 14 min. with lid down. Foil should be puffed up if you sealed it correctly. Remove from BBQ and let stand for at least 5 minutes before opening the foil. Cut remaining lemon in wedges to serve with salmon. Serve with dill sauce.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Can be baked in oven at a preheated 400 degree oven for 15 - 16 minutes or until foil is puffed up.
