1 10 oz. can evaporated milk (410 g.)
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
12 whole graham crackers (in Spain use Maria cookies)

Directions:
Directions:
Place milk in a mixing bowl; add beaters to bowl. Freeze for 25-30 minutes until soft crystals form around edges of bowl. Beat milk until stiff peaks form. Gradually add sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well. Line a 7x11” or 9x13” dish with 10 graham crackers or Maria cookies. Pour lemon mixture over crackers. Crush the remaining cookies and sprinkle over top. Cover and freeze until firm.
