2/3 c dry bread crumbs
¼ c grated onion
½ c milk
½ t sage
1 can tomato soup
1 t salt
1 ½ lb ground beef
dash pepper
1 beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread crumbs in milk: add meat, eggs, onion, and seasonings, mix well. Form in loaf. Cover with Piquant Sauce (Optional).
Bake in oven 350° for 1 hour.

Piquant Sauce
Combine 3 T brown sugar, ¼ c catsup, ¼ t nutmeg, and 1 t dry mustard.
