2 c catsup
2 c golden corn syrup
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
3 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 oz worchestershire sauce
5-6 tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Bring ingredients to a boil let simmer for 20 min. Add a bit of cornstarch to thicken if needed.
Salt & pepper baby back ribs and bake them in oven meat side down wrapped in foil for 1 hr. @ 400 º Unwrap ribs flip them to meat side up brush with rib sauce and bake unwrapped for 20 mins. @ 400º Store remaining sauce in fridge.
