4 cups flour
1 lb. cream cheese, softened
1 lb. butter or margarine
4 egg yoaks

Filling
4 egg white
3 tbsp. sugar
1 cup finely chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Bake 325º for 20 minutes

Mix with mixer; flour, cream cheese and butter. Press into a large ball, set in fridg. for 3 hours.

When ready to make cookies; beat topping ingredients together.
Roll dough out fairly thin on powder sugar. Cut into about 2" squares and 1/2 tsp. topping right in the middle, fold 2 corners in like a blanket. Gently place on cookie sheet or place squares on cookie sheet first, then add topping.
With a sifters sprinkle with powder sugar when cooler not cold.
