6 dz oysters in the half shell
1 pound butter
3 T garlic
1/4 cup parsley
1 c Parmesan

Directions:

soften butter and mix in finely chopped garlic and finely chopped parsley (let it sit out for a couple hours or even overnight so the flavors will mix really well. put a teaspoon of butter mix on the oyster and a sprinkling of the Parmesan on the oyster put on a grill until the oysters start to bubble slightly. Keep some water around to keep the flames down a little bit, the butter burns and gives the oyster that charred flavor. Serve and eat hot

I like to get some extra oysters not in the shells and use the opposite side of the oyster shell so there are more to go around.
