1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
1 1/4 c. oatmeal
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. soda
1 c. peanuts
1/2 c. corn flakes
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, soda, salt and baking powder; set aside. Cream shortening, add sugar. Add eggs, beating well. Beat in vanilla. Add flour mixture. Stir in oatmeal, peanuts and corn flakes. Drop by spoonfuls. Bake at 350º for 9 to 11 minutes.
