Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 large size (14 inches by 20 inches) Reynolds Oven Cooking Bag
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. your favorite barbecue sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 lbs. pork spareribs, fat trimmed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Shake flour in large size cooking bag; place in 13 by 9 by 2 inch baking pan. Roll down top of bag. Add barbecue sauce, onion and green pepper. Squeeze bag gently to blend ingredients. Cut ribs into serving size pieces; place in bag. Turn bag gently to coat ribs with sauce. Arrange ribs in an even layer. Unroll bag and close with nylon tie; make 6 half-inch slits in top. Cook 1 1/2 hours or until tender.

Note: Sauce will cause inside of bag to darken color. This is a normal reaction and does not indicate burning. Makes 4 servings.
