3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
9 eggs, separated
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until soft mounds. Add 3/4 c. sugar, beat until stiff. Add 3/4 c. sugar to egg yolks. Beat until thick and lemon colored. Add dry ingredients to egg yolks. Fold into egg whites. Bake 55 to 65 minutes at 350º.
