3/4 c. Butter flavor Crisco
1 1/4 c. brown sugar (packed)
2 T. Milk
1 T. Vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. semi- sweet chocolate chips
1 c. large pecan pieces
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together crisco, brown sugar, milk, vanilla in large bowl. Beat egg into creamed mixture. Combine flour, salt and soda, mix until just blended. stir in chocolate chips and pecan pieces with large spoon. drop by round spoonful's 3 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375º for 8-10 min. or 11-13 min for crisp cookies.
