1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs

Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Bring water to a boil and add butter. Stir until butter is melted. Add flour and pinch of salt. Stir vigorously until it forms a ball. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Then add one egg at a time, beating after each addition. Beat until ball of dough is smooth and shiny. Drop on greased cookie sheet in mounds of 1/4 cup of dough. Preheat oven to 450º and bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 325º and bake for 25 minutes.
