3 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 c sugar
2 c frozen strawberries, thawed
4 eggs
1 1/4 c oil
Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until well blended. Bake 325º for 60 minutes. Makes 3 loaves. Note - You can substitute applesauce for half of the oil.
