4 T. of sugar
500 g of Mascarpone cheese (Belgioso, available in Publix)
Lady Fingers (2 Pks)
Espresso coffee (500 ml) (a couple of table spoons of brandy or cognac if you like it)
Powdered unsweetened Cocoa

Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar. Incorporate the mascarpone cheese and whisk until you get a creamy butter. In bowl, beat egg whites until you get a foam, and add it to the butter. Dip the lady fingers quickly in the coffee (room temperature). Place each finger flat in the bottom of the pan.
Spoon a layer of egg/mascarpone mixture across the layer of lady fingers. Layer the lady fingers as before. Spoon another layer of egg/mascarpone mixture across the layer of lady fingers. Layer the lady fingers as before. Another layer of egg/mascarpone and so on. At the end, sift some cocoa powder on the last layer of the egg/mascarpone mixture. Let it sit in fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
