Notes: Milo Lenton, a former caretaker at Camp Capers was the inspiration for this recipe. I first tasted this on a Stephen Minister Retreat weekend when we lived in San Antonio and were going to St. Luke's.
The thing that impressed me most about it was was the champagne and honey. I'm particular about the type of fruit I use, leaving out pears, apples and bananas. Leaving those out reduces the volume considerably, so if you need a lot, it can be rather expensive to make when the berries are more scarce, but doing it the way it's written is pretty impressive if you're asked to bring something to a dinner party or special occasion.
