3/4 cup celery, minced fine
16 oz cream cheese
10 oz red hot sauce
2 Lbs chicken cooked and shredded 1 cup ranch dressing
1-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (save half for top)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix celery, 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and hot sauce in a medium saucepan on low heat. Add chicken. Take off heat; add ranch dressing. Pour into baking dish, top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350º degrees for 30 minutes. Great with tortilla chips or celery.

Lighten it up by using Light Cream Cheese and Light Ranch. I have used wing sauce in place of red hot sauce and it turns out wonderfully! This is a crowd pleaser!
