1 box Yellow Cake Mix
1/2 c. Oil
4 Eggs
1 can (11oz) Mandarin Orange Sections (undrained)
Frosting:
1 (20 oz) Crushed Pineapple (undrained in heavy syrup)
1 tbsp. Sugar
1 Cream Cheese Cake Frosting
1 c. Sour Cream
1 small carton Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Mix all ingredients, beat at medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes. Spoon into 3 greased & floured cake pans. Bake at 325º for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
Frosting: Fix frosting first and put in refrigerator. Combine Pineapple, Sugar, Sour Cream and Frosting. Mix until thick - fold in cool whip. Put in refrigerator and let cool. Then spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate.
