1 6.2 oz. pkg. Rice-a-Roni Fried Rice with Almonds
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can sliced black olives
1 12 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts (save liquid), chopped
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 small green pepper, chopped

Directions:

Serves: 4-6
Preparation Time: 30 min.

Drain liquid from artichoke hearts and add water to make enough liquid needed in directions for Rice-a-Roni. Cook rice according to directions. Let cool. Add remaining ingredients and a few drops of tabasco.
