3 lbs. potatoes, cooked, peeled, ground and chilled
10 slices dry bread, broken as small as possible.
1 medium onion, chopped and browned in margarine.
salt to taste
finely chopped parsley
pepper
nutmeg
3 eggs
Approx. 1 lb. flour

Directions:
Grind potatoes and add bread. Mix well. Let stand 1/2 to 1 hour. Add egg, salt, pepper, parsley, onions and nutmeg. Let stand for 10 minutes. Add flour and mix, add enough flour so that you can form glace into a ball which won't fall apart. Shape glace and let stand. Place glace into boiling salted water and cook for 10-12 minutes. Stir often from bottom and be careful not to break glace or let them stick to the bottom of the pot.
