Ingredients:
2 slices cooked ham, 1-inch thick (about 1-1/2 lbs)
1 cup ginger ale
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
4 tsp cider vinegar
2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves

Directions:
Remove fat from edge of ham slices. Put ham in a 1-gallon ziplock bag.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into bag with ham and zip closed. Refrigerate for one hour (overnight is even better!), turning bag occasionally to be sure marinade is reaching all parts of ham.

Remove ham from marinade. Reserve marinade and heat to boiling, then simmer until needed as a basting sauce.

Place ham on preheated grill over medium-low heat. Cook about 10 - 15 minutes per side (depending on thickness of slices). Brush with heated marinade often.

Serve remaining heated marinade as a sauce with ham.
