3 - 4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 stick butter
1 sleeve Townhouse Crackers, crushed
1/2 Tablespoon poppy seeds
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bake chicken, and remove bones and skin, and place shredded chicken in a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper. Combine soup, sour cream, and soy sauce, and pour over chicken. In a saucepan, melt butter. Add crushed crackers and poppy seeds to butter, and pour over chicken and sauce. Back at 350º for 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
