1st layer:
1 1/2 sticks oleo
1 1/2 c flour
1 c nuts chopped
2 tsp ice water

2nd layer:
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 c cool whip
1 c confectioner sugar

3rd layer
2 3 oz boxes instant pudding (chocolate)
3 c milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1st layer: mix ingredients until crumbles like prepared dough, place in 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 mins, cool.

2nd layer: cream together ingredients, spread over cooled crust.

3rd layer: mix pudding with milk and vanilla, stir 2 mins. Spread over cream cheese. Put in freezer 1/2 hour to set pudding. Top with remaining cool whip. Keep refrigerated.

Grama T's favorite. Used to be called "Sex in a Pan" but Doc didn't like Ruth offering people "sex in a pan". Aunt Linda makes this recipe and calls it "Lucky if you get a piece.
