1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 cups flour
1 TBSP. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 cups cereal, coarsely crushed
1/3 cup sugar to roll dough balls into

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Cream butter and 1 1/2 cups sugar. Mix in eggs. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until combined. Fold in cereal. Roll dough into small balls, and then roll into sugar. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes.
