1 small can chicken broth
1 small can water
2 T butter
Handful vermicelli (pasta)
1 cup rice

Directions:
Directions:
>Bring to boil chicken broth and water. Take off heat and set aside.
>Melt butter in sauce pan
>Break up the vermicelli and place in sauce pan and saute until brown
>Add rice, and liquid.
>Cover, simmer for 45 minutes or until rice is cooked.
