1 stick butter
1 can Swanson’s Beef Broth
1 can Beef Consomme' (soup)
1 boulion cube or 1 tsp of bouillon flakes
1 cup of raw rice - or I bag of Success Rice
1 small onion diced (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9x13 glass baking dish with Pam. Put raw rice in the baking dish, cover with broth, and soup. Melt butter and pour all in the baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour or until brown.
