Baby Back Pork Ribs
1+ bottle Huli-Huli Sauce
1/2 Pineapple (Chunked)
1/2 Pineapple (Sliced)
1 can Coconut Milk
4 cloves fresh Garlic
Ginger
Sea Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder

Directions:
Crock Pot Method: Cut ribs down into 1/3 slabs. Season ribs with Salt, Pepper, Ginger, and Garlic Powder. Add to crock pot. Add Pineapple Chunks and Garlic Cloves. Add Huli-Huli sauce and Coconut Milk to ribs until covered. Cook in crock pot for at least 3 hours at low heat (4+ hours even better).
Oven Bake Method: Use same directions above, except bake ribs in baking dish for a minimum of 2 hours at 250º.
Remove ribs from crock pot or baking dish. To finish, grill ribs on medium heat in order to blacken. Use sauce to continually baste.
