6 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cranberries, washed & chopped
1 1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped
3 eggs
2 c. orange juice
1/3 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt in a large bowl. Stir in cranberries and nuts. In small bowl mix eggs, orange juice, butter; add to flour and blend. Pour in 3 greased, floured regular size loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 45 to 60 minutes. Brush with warm orange glaze.
