1 lb. hamburger
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. chili sauce
1 large onion, sliced
1 large potato, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Divide burger into 4 parts and shape into patties. Put each patty in the center of a 10 inch square of foil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread each patty with a tbsp. of chili sauce and cover with a slice of onion and 1/4 of sliced potatoes.

Wrap the foil about the stack of ingredients securely. Roast over coals until tender or bake in 375º oven for 1 hour.
