12 slices bacon (1/2 lb.) crisply fried & crumbled
1 cup shredded swiss cheese (4 oz)
1/3 cup finely chopped onions
2 cups milk
1/2 cup biscuick baking mix
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350°. Lightly grease 8 or 10" pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese & onion in pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in blender on high speed for 1 minute. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown & knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50-55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
