Cook roast then shred
2 large can green enchilada sauce
2 cans black beans
2 c. cooked rice
2 pkg soft tortilla shells
4 cups mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients on a soft shell and a handful of cheese roll and put in a pan. Repeat until the pan is full. Pour the extra sauce on top and top with cheese. Bake 350º for 1 hour
