1 1/3 cups sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 (14-ounce) bags frozen blackberries, unthawed
Refrigerated pie crusts
1 tablespoon sugar
Vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Gently stir in blackberries until sugar mixture is crumbly. Spoon fruit mixture into lightly greased 11- x 7-inch baking dish.
Cut pie crust into 1/2-inch wide strips; arrange strips diagonally over blackberry mixture. Sprinkle top with sugar.
Bake at 425º for 45 minutes. Serve with ice cream. Can serve with sugar sticks by cutting second pie crust into 1/2-inch strips, sprinkle with sugar, and bake on lightly greased cookie sheet 6 to 8 minutes.
