Oil, 2-3 gloves garlic
1 egg
soy sauce, salt, white pepper
1 cup cubed ham or pork
1 cup cubed carrots/peas & onion
Yesterdays rice (about 2-3 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat wok & oil, crush garlic & add to oil. Crack egg into wok & scramble. Add meat & stir-fry until cooked. Add veggies & stir-fry. Add rice and combine well with meat and veggies. Continue to stir-fry rice making sure to separate rice so there are no clumps. Add soy sauce, salt & pepper. Stir-fry until rice is hot.
