Directions:I have cooked these every way they can be cooked. It is the real flavor of Rib Eye meat that keeps on giving! One thing to remember, whether cooking them in an oven or on a grill - IT IS LOW AND SLOW = TENDER! I cook 10-14 at a time in the oven - on their sides - they are big. 320 degrees for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. COVERED with foil! Even if on the grill, I still cook in the oven at 300 degrees - for 3 hours - and crisp-up fat on the grill. The great taste of a Rib Eye comes from the fat - so if you trim the fat? Do it after it has been cooked! We eat them as appetizers or along side seafood. |

Notes: Go to the Butcher and ask for "the Rib Eye Back Ribs" Here is the deal. When the Publix Butchers sell Rib Eyes - they sell them "Bone-in" or "Bone-out" The bone-in, is a rib. If they cut the bone out? Publix sells 4 Rib Eye Ribs to a pack. It is a great beef-steak rib! Great for football games! War Eagle!
