thenAsparagus- 3- bunches
Shitaake mushrooms- 11-juliened
onion-6tbs.
garlic-1tsp-pureed
chicken stock-32oz.
butter-1lb.-melted
flour-12 oz.
salt-2tsp.
white pepper- 1-tsp
pureed cooked asparagus- 1-c.
lemon juice-1/4-c.
heavy cream- 1-c.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter on med heat, then add flour to make roux. do not over cook about 5 minutes on med.
then slowly whisk in chicken stock. until smooth
and blended , then saute onions and garlic until
transluscent,then add asparagus tips and shitaake mushrooms , simmer this for 20 minutes. then add salt & pepper.Finish with lemon juice and 1-cup heavy cream.
