2 T. olive oil, divided
1 lb. turkey breast cutlets
½ lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 c. sliced onion
½ c. Marsala wine

Directions:
Directions:
Heat large skillet over high heat until hot; add 1 tablespoon olive oil and turkey. Cook 1 to 2 minutes each side; remove from skillet and keep warm. Add remaining oil, mushrooms and onion to skillet; cook and stir 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low; add wine and simmer uncovered 2 minutes. Return cutlets to skillet and coat with sauce.
