2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
10 T margarine
1 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 1/3 cups sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup plain lowfat yogurt
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º; spray cookie sheets with Pam.
Combine in large mixing bowl the flour, soda, salt, set aside.
Mel margarine in saucepan over medium heat; remove from heat & stir in cocoa powder (less 2 T), sugars--mixture will look like coarse sand.
Add yogurt & vanilla stirring to combine; add flour mixture & sir until moist.
Drop by tablespoon onto cookie sheets and bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes; cool on pan 2 minutes before removing to wire racks.
