2-PorknBeans,1 large onion,1pack cut or Small Shell,or elbow Mac.,1 small can tomo.sauce,1 lb.or 2lbs.Pickelmeat.This is a simple recipe that was and is still used by fishermen on their boats that cooks FAST.I being from Delacroix Island grew up with this even cooked by my Mom,and Dad at home also.The Isleanos cooked this on their boats wile out trawling,and when ever the were on Boats for days at a time.I always tell people about this and they Laugf until I cook it and they try it.Also it is something that should be eaten at lunch or supper,it does not Refraget very well because the posta that is used souks up the liquaid.

Put about 5 qts.of water in pot and bring to a boil,add the can of tom.sauce in with it,Next add the pickle meat,and cook till tender.When this is done add 2 cans of Pork&Beans,again cokk till beans are warmed add the pasta of your choise,and when posta is cooked you have it.Serve in a bowl like you would soup.It is very warming on a cold day.I don't add salt because of our health but you can salt and pepper to your taste.
